Chances are, the zipcode of that vendor doesn't exist in our system. This can be checked by going to http://10.10.10.6/Tools/ManageZipCodes.aspx.
This page will check to see if that zipcode is in the system. If it is not, it will alert you to enter the Longitude and Latitude of the zipcode (quick google search provides that information). After you enter the longitude and latitude, the zip code will be added to our system.
Once the zip is added to our system, you will then be able to find them in the vendor search.
