• We use LDAP, so this impacts Hera, Computer, WiFi, and VPN
  • Log into DC-01 using your domain admin account
    • Windows Key
    • Type Run
    • Type mstsc
    • Click ok
    • Tyoe DWM-DC01 into the computer name
    • Click Connect
    • When the login screen comes up, choose use a different account
    • In the user name field type dwminc\yourdomainadminlogin
    • Type your domain admin password
  • Open Active Directory Users and Computers
  • Right click on the user being impacted
  • Choose reset password
  • Set the new password
  • Text or call the user with the new password. You should never share these via email or Teams
