- We use LDAP, so this impacts Hera, Computer, WiFi, and VPN
- Log into DC-01 using your domain admin account
- Windows Key
- Type Run
- Type mstsc
- Click ok
- Tyoe DWM-DC01 into the computer name
- Click Connect
- When the login screen comes up, choose use a different account
- In the user name field type dwminc\yourdomainadminlogin
- Type your domain admin password
- Open Active Directory Users and Computers
- Right click on the user being impacted
- Choose reset password
- Set the new password
- Text or call the user with the new password. You should never share these via email or Teams
